Love Notes

Hello my friends! This is my ear, and it's open. Deetz inspired me to post a picture with my batty ear...so here it is!

On to the main topic of today! I got a love note! Yea!!! a whole love note was written to me!! See, I couldn't go to work yesterdy because my human was in a bunch of meetings, so I stayed home in the crate until my God human got home. Anway, all of the kids missed me, one missed me so much that she wrote me a love note! Allow me to read it to you, "Mr. Beasley you are the best dog I ever saw you are the best dog. And you ROCK! So I was wondering if it was ok to baring you for a walk. Sorkol on of them if you say No sarkol No if you say yes sarkol yes. I Love Bease!" Then she drew a picture of her and my human taking me for a walk and there were two hearts! By the way :Sorkol" and "Sarkol" mean "circle" in kid language and "baring" means "bring."

I only had one problem with the love note...what the heck is a dog??? Last time I checked I was a four legged human! Anyway, so my human called home and read me the love note and I decided that I needed to hurry and get her a love note back before she went to bed. So I had my human dictate a few words to my secret admirer and made sure that she enclosed some of my best pictures.

My human pulled her aside once my love note was completed and my admirer was so happy! She loved it! As she read it slowly she came across the part where I told her I loved her, and she got the biggest smile on her face. She said she is going to take my note and pictures to school today so she can show all her friends!! She made me so happy that I had to jump all over my human when she got home! She showed me the note and I got so excited that I almost ate it!

My first love note got me thinking...what is it that makes these little humans so crazy about me...then it dawned on me, maybe it's because I can play fetch so well (sort of)...

Or maybe it's because I really know how to play with the squeeky toys and my beloved glove...

I was just so excited to get my first love note...now I feel warm and fuzzy on the inside and outside! Woohoo for the fuzzies!!!

Weeds!

Where's Beasley! Heehee! Fooled you all! Look what I did today! I de-weeded the backyard! Okay so It's not so much that I weeded as much as I supervised my human who did the de-weeding. I tried to get a couple, but just ate them instead, and let me tell you, I spit those ugly things out faster than I took them in. Word to the wise, weeds do not taste like bushes or flowers...they are the bad kind of nature!
So, supervising went pretty well...

First, I had to rest up so I could manage my humans timeliness in the pulling of weeds. A growing boy needs his energy, especially since I seem to poop out so much quicker now that it's getting warmer out!

Next, I had to slobber up my new toy, meet Solomon the two headed Snake!!! I got him for being so good during the accident. My human is so easy!!! All I gotta do is be cute and love her a little, and I get something new!

After a close sniff, I realized there wasn't enough Bease spit on the thing, so I chewed on it a little bit more, until I realized that my human was being un-supervised!

So, I moved outside and also made sure that Oly the Octopus didn't get into any funny business!

Managing others is so exhausting...so I had to zonk out after a few whirls around my backyard! And yes, I'm still balding, but I make balding look good!
This is Mr. T-Bone Beasley signing out and reminding everyone that no matter what we do, the humans secretly think it's cute...even when they're mad! So my friends, bring out your best chewing teeth and your best claws for digging! Woohoo!

My First Accident...

Greetings from the back seat of my car. This is usually how I ride to work. I used to fit inside of this netty looking thing, however it is now a good head rest, it gives great support for those bumpy rides.

Okay before you all get too concerned I will let you know that I AM OKAY! But...I got in my first car accident yesterday. I was rolling around the back seat like a bowling ball as my human steered us across two lanes of traffic on the highway.

What happened you ask! Well, what happened was, we were supposed to go to work but instead, we ended up on the side of the road...alone. That's right! We got hit and ran on! Some crazy human swerved his car into the side of our car, then sped off the highway! Can you believe no one stopped? My human kept crying something about not caring that someone hit us, she was upset that there are so little good samaritans out there. I know we would of stopped to at least check on someone after an accident. I would even give them a Mr. T sized lick if they needed help regaining consciousness.

Good thing we drive in an SUV, and got hit by a car, otherwise the accident could have been really bad. Once my human regained control of the car, she pulled over and ran to my side. I won't lie, I was a bit scared...in fact I was hiding underneath my netty thing and did not want to come out from under it. My human held my head and reasurred me that it was okay. For some reason she kept telling me how sorry she was and that she was so glad that I was okay. That's when I knew she must have been more scared than me, because I'm usually the one who has to appologize...after hearing "NO!" of course.

When she finally got off the phone with the highway patrol and her mom I nuzzled her, and I nuzzled her good until she stopped crying. I even put my entire head underneath her armpit so that she would laugh. Anyway, I was brave!

When we got home I heard my human mention something about "a seat harness for Bease." What the crap is that! How many harnesses must I wear! O-Well, I just wanted you all to know that I made it! I survived my first accident...

This is the brave Mr. T-Bone Beasley signing out reminding all you four legged humans to be sure you are secure in your riding spot before driving around a bunch of crazies that hit and run!

Marco...Polo!

Today started out great! I went on a kitty hunt! Now that I have my very own kitties I get to play hide and seek with them whenever I want. Scooter doesn't really like to play. She growls at me...I thought kitties only hissed, but she definately growls! Satan only hisses, and she hasn't clawed me in the face, so I've got that going for me!
Anyway, Satan hides and I find her. I try and tag her by kissing her face, but then when I go to hide she won't come look for me. Whatever though, yah know! At least my senses are staying keen. She keeps my nose growing!
You may ask, "Why don't you eat some ice cream instead of looking for a stinking cat." And my answer to you would be..."been there and done that already, I've got a big ball of fur to catch!"

This is me finishing up some of my Frosty Paws ice cream!

And this is where Satan was hiding! In the sink she be!!

And thennn...I found her!!!!

We exchanged a few words...and I tried to get up to her level, but she was just out of my reach. Darn!!! O-well gimmie a couple more months and I will be able to jump up there with her...maybe...well only if she moves I guess!

Well I must be heading out, I'm not quite sure where Satan is hiding now, but worry not, I will find her!!

They blinked! Just you wait Scooter, some day I will get you! (Scooter - left...Satan - right)

Larry

Stop the alarms! It's okay folks! Larry the Lobster has been found! I repeat, Larry the Lobster has been found! He lives to see another day! My human and I have been searching all week for Larry. For a minute I was beginning to think that the human forgot to pack him! But now that's he's back, I'm never going to let him go!

For those of you who dont know, Larry usually resides in my crate, he is my slumber partner. For the past week I have had a hard time sleeping at night...I stayed up at night crying not wanting to be in my crate, I mean there is so much in our new house that I have to explore! But now that Larry is back I think all will return to normal. My human found me a meantime toy...basically a different toy to occupy me until Larry was found. Meet Olly the Octopus...

Olly was alright, but there is really nothing like my Larry! So, welcome home Larry! And Olly, you look great on the floor where I last left you.

Toys are the best! Even the unconventional ones like paper and water bottles! Next in line to Larry is my Squiggly Dog...oh man I love him too! His butt rattles and his head squeeks! It's the best of both worlds coming from the ends of my toy! Meet Squiggly...

While we are on the topic of Squiggly, I think I sense there is another one in the house, I've been sniffing by the table because there is a bag. My human said something about sending the bag contents to Deetz, but I dunno...if that's a Squiggly, I hope he is able to love and kill his Squiggly as I do mine! When you get it Deetz, shake the crap outta it okay!

On my morning walk I found another unconventional toy...they are pods of some sort I guess. But who really care. These things make so much noise when you shake them! I grab a bundle when I walk outside the door, and then bring them along for the walk until I get to hot to hold something in my mouth!

The best kinds of toys are the invisible ones though!

Until we meet again my friends! Woohoo for toys!

My Human Hates Me...

Hello again! Today I meet you from my porch, tied up. Seems that I angered my human last night. I just found some sprinklers for the tree and a few select bushes that were surrounded in mud. Apparently, I am not allowed to dig up the bushes...or the tree for that. Also, I guess I have been forbidden from the sprinklers.

My human and I were playing chase...I dug in the mud and she ran after me trying to spank my butt. What she doesn't realize is that butt smacking feels like nothing to me, being that I have a mass amount of fuzz covering it.
So, she pretended to be angry and we had soooo much fun. She ran from one side of the yard, tried to block me, but no! Mr. T-Bone Beasley pulled many quick ones and got by the human! Score one for team Bease!

She finally caught up to me and I was just about to give her a victory mud kiss, but instead she pulled me by my designer harness and hooked me up to to pole outside. I tried and tried and TRIED!!!! But alas, I could not free myself from restriction. So, I got mad at my human, and forbade her from any beauty shots of me and my muddy face!
No! You cannot see all that is Mr. T-Bone Beasley! You make me sad!!!!

The retraints were straining my back!

Fine...I give up, I'll lay down...but I'm still mad at you!

After my muddiness dried up, my human allowed me to enter my own home again...but wait, NOOOOOO! I was airlifted! And moved to the shower!!! NOOOOO!!! Not the hole of watery death!!!!
ACK!!! The water! It is burning the filth off my fur! The dirt is being washed away, I worked so hard to maintain my four legged humanly scent! And now I smell like Lavender and mint! EWWWWWW

Oh, the humanity...

Osama Bin Bease I am...

This is Mr. T-Bone Beasley signing out, reminding you all that if you must play in mud, be sure the humans aren't watching!

I'm So Stylish!

Greetings and salutations my dear friends! Being that I am now of designer puppy status, I thought I would be a little more proper in the greeting today! Beyond my fuzz, you will notice that I am wearing a Fox and Hound harness accompanied by the matching leash. My human invested in this fine piece of material so I could make it look good! And make it look good I have done.

You can just call me Preppy T...I don't know if you can tell or not, but my new style consists of brown and white plaid! Basically, I love the new cloth that is surrounding my plump little body.

Let me show you just how much I love my new designer apparel...

Yup! That's right! I gave it my stamp of approval! I like it, it's squishy enough on the chompers too!

Today my human got me a new chewy, and I love it. In fact, I love it so much that I attempted to bury it. My burrying skills are not quite up to par yet, but right now I just shift around some dirt and put the chewy down and push some dirt around. No one knows unless they are really looking for it. But I got this Nylabone that has knobby things at the end, and it tastes like filet mignon! I think this is closest my human may ever let me get to human food!

Woot Woot! That was so dang good that I had to take it out and enjoy it on the patio! And of course my human and her camera had to follow me to capture my moments. Can't I ever be left alone. Sometimes I think she sells me to the tabloids! Thus why I have a designer harness and leash, at least I can look good while my life of dirt and sleeping is dished out to the public. I think I'm much hotter than this Arm Pitt errr Brad Pitt I hear about. I definately have better hair anyway!

Oh yea! That's the spot, I got some teeth about to pop in, ooooooo yeeeaaaaa...I even gave my sleepy eyes while chowing down on this thing!

This is Mr. T-Bone Beasley signing out and reminding you all that anything chewable should be thoroughly destroyed!
